Site Review: Geeks Under Grace

Geeks Under Grace

I recently have been given the opportunity to be a writer for the new and growing site, Geeks Under Grace.  This has been a blessing to me, because of the journey that I’ve been on personally with joining my faith and my hobby (gaming/anime culture).  I have prayed about this personally, have received several prophetic words from others that don’t even know me who said they felt from Holy Spirit that I need to be writing.

Quick note about me.  I have always wanted to be an author, writer, and have written other blogs throughout the years (and wrote two short fiction books in middle school) and I would write posts that God would put on my heart from baptisms, speaking in tongues, the blood of Jesus, and other different spiritual topics (Christian).  I knew all this other stuff though on anime, video games and geek culture, I just never knew how to bring my love for God and my hobbies together.  So after making this website/blog, I spoke to the creator, Drew Kohler, and asked if I could submit a post on their site and instead became a monthly writer which is even better/cooler 🙂

What They Have To Offer

There are retro reviews and new game reviews too.  Anime is present here as well with reviews on the latest series and the movie section is always booming as new ones come out.  There’s also a podcast you can check out and new music reviews as well (I wrote one on Chrono Symphonic and another on Owl City here).

If what you’re looking for is a constant update on all things geek, from comics to video games to anime to tech/gadgets, written by believers in Christ then this is the place for you.  They are very active on Facebook, and even have a presence on Steam, Destiny, and other online groups.  There is also a Christian Living section where you will receive inspiration, news on what’s happening around the world, and spiritual tips that will encourage you.

They are a positive community that will join you not only in your gaming ventures, but also your spiritual journey.  They are there to pray for you and game with you.

Let me know what you thought of the site, and spread the word as we are continuing to grow daily and weekly.

God bless.

When not conquering digital worlds in video games, he can be found reading, watching anime, listening to music writing, and just enjoying life as a geek in the city.
